NSLIJ Feinstein Institute
This project is a 60,000 square foot addition to the existing Feinstein Research building at North Shore Long Island Jewish Manhasset Campus. The facility includes three levels of Laboratories and two floors of office space, including a major conference center.
The project included upgrading the Boilers, Chillers, and Cooling Towers that will now serve the new and existing facility. The new addition is served by Custom Fabricated Indoor Air Handling and Heat Recovery units located in a roof level machine room.
