Mott Haven Campus

New NYC SCA Project consisting of four interconnected schools. Forming one 290,000.00 sq. ft. campus, this project is located in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx just south of Yankee Stadium. The primary heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation will to be provided by large custom rooftop units. Specialty areas of the building will be served by roof mounted outdoor air cooled chillers and 2 small boiler plants serving indoor air handlers. This project is one of the largest new NYC schools under construction to date.
